Scoop, Slats, Spoiler Exterior: Overall, it's a pretty good, straight car but the paint is weak, I'd call it lower end driver quality. The trunk lid (inexpensive) needs to be replaced because of rust bubbling through along the lower edge where it closes and there rust is starting to bubble through in three places: behind the passenger side rear wheel well and at the leading edge of the passenger side door, and a spot about the size of a quarter in the driver's door jam. It needs an antenna, the rocker chrome on the passenger side is slightly twisted, and the leading chrome piece for the hood is missing. And the trunk lock mechanism is missing. Interior: All seats are nice, but it will need the back seat mounted properly, two new door panels and a new dash pad. Drivetrain: Not a numbers matching car, but it starts up easily and runs well. It is a 1970 dated 351 Cleveland mated to a 4 speed transmission. While it shifts well, there is the beginning of a bearing noise in the tranny. I would describe the feel as "worn".The frame rails are in good shape but the driver's side floor will need a patch soon.We have taken a lot of pictures. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle has been misrepresented or the vehicle fails a professional on-site inspection. Deposits on vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant cost of our time, vehicle relisting fees, paperwork and title production and lost productivity.
All obligations pursuant to this contract shall be performable in Harris County, Texas. The vehicle shall be delivered F.O.B. in Harris County, Texas and all obligations of Purchaser to pay for the vehicle shall be payable in Harris County, Texas. It is agreed by all parties in relation to any transaction involving this vehicle that the proper venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Harris County, Texas.
