For sale is my 1992 geo metro.It is low miles for its age,and is in good shape.Runs real good with good compression in all three cylinders.#1 is 185-#2 is 190 and #3 is 180.That is good and healthy for a geo.The automatic transmission shifts great,and is quick responding.Front brake pads are like new.No brake line or gas leaks.Fresh oil and filter change.Exhaust ,though not new,it's all there.Head liner is in great shape.Passenger side window works great with ease.Drivers side window though goes up and down with ease sometimes at top pops out at the very end of winding it up.Either I back it off a little and go up again or stick my fingers out over the door at the last crank and guide it in the last inch of the way.I go into detail about this because I have seen some of these Metros that you have to actually have to pull and jerk on the window to try to get it up.This one cranks real easy it's just that last little bit as explained.Lights all work, wipers ect. Interio is good for a car this age.(see pictures)Seats real nice as well.There is a black trim piece around the radio area that has been broken and glued back into place,you probably would not have noticed it.The back windows wing open a few inches to suck in fresh air.The back hatch when open stays up sometimes.Struts all seem good.You can probably expect to get 35-45 MPG depending on how you drive it.It does have some rust, but way less than many Metros I have seen.I did not patch over any spots to cover up or hide rust.It should make someone a cheap runner.It does have air,and is all hooked up including what looks to be a new belt,but it may need charged.Tires are about 25% tred with one having about 75%.They are all 80-12 and seem to run up and down the road without shakes or shimmies.Although I have done my best to describe the car it is a as is sale.It is not a luxuary car. These metros are simple made and designed for great fuel efficiency. I drive a 1994 metro every day and love it especially passing gas stations without having to stop for gas as often.To each his own.I do reserve the option to sell the car locally. Thanks Marty On Jun-24-12 at 03:16:07 PDT, seller added the following information: News update about this car.To all who have any interest in this car.All I have said about this car to this point was to the best of my knowledge about the car.I just found out that the car must have at least an extra 100000 miles on it ,because of a car fax report done.It never once accused to me that the car would have this many miles on it.The car is in good shape for its age.I do know the guy I bought it from kept it in his garage,maybe that has something to do with it's good shape.Anyhow I apologize for the wrong information about the miles.I was in no way trying to misrepresent the car.If you have bid and want to retract you bid I will fully understand,but please keep in mind,other than the miles the car is in desert shape.Thanks for your understanding.Marty
