We are offering a very rare and beautiful example of the "Exner" Chrysler Design, A 1960 Dodge Phoenix 2 door hardtop. Stunning Black Beauty with striking Red Interior seats freshly redone to factory specs. The steering wheel just completed to look new and to match the red and black color of the Phoenix rear bumper just recently re chromed and the grill straightened to accent both ends of this auto. The 383 V8 with 2 barrel carburetor starts right up and has a 3 speed automatic transmission behind it. A beautiful set of Tarantula hubcaps is included with the auto. The interior needs carpet and headliner to finish. This is a space age vehicle of the '60's that even has dual radio antennas. The am radio has been refurbished. The current owner has spent a great deal of time and money to bring the car to the current condition. However at this time has given up financially and is offering the Phoenix at no reserve to the next owner. To finish the car it needs a little more TLC. That includes a windshield (approx.$ 425 current windshield has a crack) . Dual exhaust should be installed from engine back approx. $ 300 - 400. The emergency brake needs to function, either by changing the transmission back to a 1960 style tail shaft with the e-brake on the drum at the rear of trans. or change to a later year rear brake backer plate to allow e-brake cables.
