Up for sale is a 97 BMW 540i. This car was a trade in at a main Tampa/St Pete Toyota dealership. I have driven close to 400 miles in this car since we bought it in many traffic conditions. This car drives really well.
NOTE: THIS CARS EXHAUST SYSTEM HAS BEEN MODIFIED
- The tail pipe has been replaced with an after market one
- Catalytic converter(s) have been replaced with straight pipes. (Pictures included)

While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars. We strongly recommend that all buyers order an independent inspection by eBay authorized inspection agency.
All inspections must be done prior to auction end.
We make every effort to properly test all the cars we sell by driving them in various traffic conditions to enable us detect any mechanical,electrical issues that may exist. If we notice any major mechanical issue (engine, transmission, suspension, electrical) we may get the problem attended to by our mechanic otherwise we will state the issue as a defect in the vehicle description.
As Is - NO WARRANTY
This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements made about the vehicle.
Deposit
Winning bidders are expected to pay a $250 via paypal within 24 hrs of auction close to secure the vehicle. Failure to do so will cause us to cancel the transaction and report the case to ebay.
Balance must be paid within 7 days of auction close otherwise the transaction will be canceled and deposit forfieted.
Delivery
Buyers and/or their shippers can take delivery of the vehicle on Fri ,Sat and Sun only, 10 am – 6 pm each day. Delivery on any other day must be by prior arrangement with us. Please plan accordingly. We do provide 30 day GA temporary tags if required.
Titles
A good number of the cars we sell are trade in vehicles from franchised dealers. Therefore, the title may not be available when we list the vehicle. In the event that the vehicle title is not present at delivery, the buyer is guaranteed a clean and clear title within 30 days (as allowed by GA law) otherwise the vehicle may be returned for a full refund.
State Inspections
Out of state Buyers (non Ga residents) are entirely responsible for state mandated inspections. We make no guarantees about the vehicle passing any non GA state inspection.
Offers
We will accept offers from bidders who want to purchase the vehicle immediately without waiting for auction end. Note that all such sales will still be subject to the terms and conditions stated herein.

Fee and Tax Information: Sales Tax
All GA residents and buyers with a GA drivers license are required to pay sales tax at a rate applicable to thier county of residence.
Admin Fee
We do charge an additional $85 on every sale to help us defray the cost of selling the vehicle.
