2005 Garage kept Ford Thunderbird; it's the special edition for the 50th annivesary Thunderbird. This one has been driven just enough to keep it in great condition. It still looks new and smells new. Everything on the car works as it should and it drives and rides so very well. It's always been kept in the garage and it has no fading on its cashmere paint and no blemishes on its spotless interior. The body has no dings or dents. It has had regular service and needs nothing. I bought this one from a nice gentleman in Huntsville, Alabama in November of 2009 and trailered it to North Myrtle Beach. Ford made 1000 cashmere Thunderbirds to close out production on this great automobile. There are a couple of unique things about it including that its hood bezel is the same as the Neiman-Marcus edition and the fact that the grill is painted the color of the car rather than being chrome. One item of note about this car. One of the biggest wear areas on the 02-05 Thunderbirds was the driver seat where drivers would slide into the car. The leather would start to show wear and crack in this area. Please note the driver seat photos on my car. No wear and no problems on driver seat. The leather looks as new. The car comes with its roll cart for hardtop storage, cover for the hardtop, convertible boot cover and hardtop removal tool. The story goes that Ford Motor Company thought of a great way to get publicity for its 2 seater Thunderbird in the 50s. Ford decided to get one into the hands of Marilyn Monroe. When Lewis Caruso asked Miss Monroe what color she wanted, she replied "cashmere". As Ford prepared to close out the new Little Birds, the company thought "Cashmere" would be a fitting tribute. I've had the honor, as a hobbyist, to own several of the Thunderbirds from 2002 to 2005 including a Neiman and a James Bond. In my opinion, this one is the prettiest of them all. I have scanned as much of it as possible and added it to the photos. The car has no liens or encumbrances of any kind. I have clear South Carolina title in hand. There is a small blemish on the passenger side rear wheel (not body). It is where someone got too close to a curb while parking. You would not notice it unless you really looked for it.
