Vehicle Detail
This is a 1987 Buick Grand National I have invested over $25,000 into restorations and modifications The car has been worked on professionally and dyno tuned by KDK performance in Orlando, FL (and their specialty is Grand Nationals). It is running on a 93 octane tune and is putting down 400hp (at the wheels) and 500lbs of torque on 20lbs of boost It has upgraded 3in performance exhaust by Pypes w/ removable cutout ceramic coated headers K&N intake Giant precision front mount intercooler 3 in. polished up-pipe Garrett turbo 3 in. polished down pipe green strip injectors Match ported heads AlkyControl Methanol injection In-car scan master Autometer gauges with Fuel and Boost PSI in the A-pillar mount. Oil pressure and water temp in overhead mount Sony stereo with ipod hookup in glovebox brand new floor boards upgraded rear sway bar Foose wheels (I do not have the stock wheels) It's imperfections are minor and can be repaired at little cost. But I want to be clear and concise about it. Passenger and driver side windows need to be adjusted. They roll up fine, but they aren't quite lined up properly. Electric driver side seat works on and off. It is probably just a short. Some of the plastic trim near the doors and t-tops has cracked with age. This is a common issue. The paint job is new and looks great; however there is some very slight hazing here and there. There is one small rust spot below the passenger side door. This is the only rust on the car and it is not very noticeable. The carpet could use some tightening up. It is brand new carpet, but it is loose in a couple of areas. The a/c works but it doesn't blow as cold as it should be. There may be a slow freon leak somewhere in the lines because it is ice cold for a few weeks after a re-charge. CarFax shows a salvage title, and supposedly it was a theft recovery early in it's life. But please note that the actual state issued title that I have in my possession shows no indication of salvage/or rebuild. In other words, it shows as clean when titled and insuring it is not an issue at all. This car is an excellent weekend car or daily driver and is in great overall shape. This car turns head wherever it is. You will get noticed. It is reliable, dependable and fun to drive. It is extremely fast and reliable. The title shows as clean and clear and this car will only go up in value over time. Would prefer selling locally, but would sell out of state provided ALL shipping expenses MUST be covered by the buyer prior to shipping. Asking $12.5k OBO.
