1950 Pontiac Silver Streak with 57,752 belived to be original miles. The car shows very nice and drives very good. It has been repainted, many years ago, and still has a good shine. There are a few spots where the paint is chipped, mostly shown in pictures. There is a spot on the hood on passengers side, that is hard to get a good pictures of, but I tried to show it. Most of the chrome has been redone, the bumpers are perfect as well as the grill. The interior is original and has some flaws in it, after all it is 62 years old. The tires are bias ply wide white walls, in good shape. The engine is the original straight eight, that starts and runs great. The two speed automatic transmission engages all gears and works as it should. The brakes feel good and stop in an even straight manner. All of the glass is there and windows go up and down as they should. The car drives down the road just like it should. Very nice car to drive. Although not a perfect car, you could show up at a car show with this one and feel proud to show it.The lights all work and the heater and blower motor also work. The radio did not work. All of the door latches and handles function normally.Local tax laws apply for the state you live in, and will be added to sale price, Illinois residents responsible for tax, title and license fees. There is a clear title. The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction if car sells. Inspections are welcome before bidding. International buyers are welcomed, but shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I will assist in loading the car, or work with your shipper. $500 deposit due within 48 hours of auction close and full payment within 7 days.
