Vehicle Detail

Up for auction is a classic 1965 Ford Mustang. The car has a straight 6 engine with a 3 speed transmission on the floor, which makes for better than average gas mileage especially for a sports car. The mustang runs and drives very nice, I have taken the car on a few trips to Houston and back to Fort Worth Texas with absolutely no problems whatsoever. I have the classic Clear Title in hand and will be included in the purchase of the vehicle. I have taken very detailed photos of the car so that there are no misunderstandings and so there are no suprises. The car is available for local pickup or if need be we can arrange for shipping. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping costs, however I will do what I can on this end to arrange the details. The car does have an aftermarket air conditioner installed however one of the cooling lines under the hood is broken in half, its a relatively inexpensive fix, just needs a new copper line, and to be charged with freon and the car will have cold A/C! The Interior is in pretty good shape, very good for the age. There is a tare along the seam on top of the back seat, its not even really a tare its more like it just came unthreaded, so that just needs to be sewed back along the seam. As you can tell by the pictures the car does need some cosmetic work done to the body. The body is fairly straight but as you can see there are some differnet shades of white which leads me to believe that someone at sometime did some patchwork, you can see this especially along the bottom on the sides of the car and on the back quarter panels. There is also some rust on the car, but is absolutely not a rust bucket! There is no rust on the floorboards, or anywhere else on the car that would cause there to be any structural problems! In my opinion the worst spot on the car in on the passenger door along the bottom, you can see it in the pictures pretty good, and there is also some on the sides near the bottom of the door. I am fully aware that the car needs so work done to the body, and thats why I have the reserve as low as I do, and its also why I am not advertising it for $7500 buy it now. The car can absolutely be used as a daily driver back and forth to school or work, and you can restore this car back to its original beauty as you have the time. I will do my best to answer any and all questions before you bid, but please keep in mind that I am not the cars original owner nor have I owned the car for a long period of time so please understand that I do NOT know everything about this cars history. GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE ON THE BIDDING!
