Thanks for looking at my 1970 Ford Galaxie XL. I bought this car several years ago to restore with my dad. It was originally from NC and was last titled in Virgina. As you can guess from the pictures nothing has been done. I have since bought a convertible that is occupying my time. I was then going to keep this as a parts car but nothing seems to fit. In the pictures you will see that some things are not as they should be. The front seat is out of the car but is here and complete, the drivers side door skin is pulled off and sitting in the rear of the car, the passenger window is broken. There is some rust on the car as seen in the pictures. It is mostly surface rust but there are a few places where it is all the way through. I have tried to get it in the pictures and have more that I can send you upon request. The trunk has a spot that is rusted through as well as a spot on the trunk lid and fenders. I do not know what the under side of the car looks like nor do I have a way of checking it so I do not have any pictures... Sorry. The engine starts, though the battery is old and so it sometimes needs a jump. I have not driven it for any extended length so I cannot say if it is road worthy or not. It has a 390 engine that sounds great when started. I will assist as I can with any shipping if you are not local, but it is your responsibility. There is no warranty. This would make a great car for someone or you could just pull the motor and put into something else you are working on. These ford 390's are awesome engines.
