For Sale is a 1993 BMW 525i. My daily driver for over 5 years, it still runs great. AC is strong, heated seats are great in the winter. Approx 25 MPG on the highway. Body- Good shape except for a little rust on the bottoms of the doors (pictured) Engine - Strong, burns a little oil as to be expected, I put in around 1 quart per 1000 miles. Interior - Pretty clean, some wear on the driver side leather as to be expected on a 20 year old car. Stereo- JVC HD Radio/CD/USB/mini plug radio. Driver front speaker cuts in and out, probably a loose wire somewhere in the door. Tires- Firestones. Approx 1 1/2 years old, they have at least 25K of tread left in them. Other issues: Some interior duct tape (pictured) A control arm and maybe a strut will need replacing up front. Check Engine light has been on for six months. Maybe just a computer glitch. Back two seat belts do not buckle. Car says there is a low coolant level, but that's just the sensor, the radiator and fuel pump have recently been replaced. Trunk is clean.
