PLEASE READ THIS NARRATIVE IN ITS ENTIRETY, AS IT WILL ANSWER MOST IF NOT ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU HAVE TO ASK THEM. Clear title on hand and ready to sign over. 306ci EFI, T5, 8.8" w/ 3.73 FMS gears. All new: water pump, heater core, oem clutch cable, aftermarket clutch quadrant, oem speedometer cable, brakes, shocks, struts, lowering coil springs, fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel filter, Cobra-R replica wheels and tires. Extra parts come with the car. This was originally a 2.3/automatic, converted to EFI 5.0 and T5. This is easily the most solid Fox I've ever seen. There was NO NO NO RUST on this car with the exception of an area the size of a half-dollar on the passenger rear foot-area of the floor pan. This car is solid as a rock and is begging for a turbo setup. I spent countless hours researching the correct way to convert a 4cyl Fox to 5.0 and I applied everything I learned to this car. From a car insurance standpoint, it will cost less to insure this car as it is vin'd a 4cyl, not a v8, and an LX, not a GT. That should help for any of those considering this for their teenage sons or daughters. It came from the factory with power windows, power locks, and power mirrors. All work with the exception of the passenger mirror, the motor is beginning to fade. It's had a complete color change from the original Calypso Green to a gorgeous 2000 Mercedes silver metallic paint. I have about 250 pictures of the car from start to finish, if you provide me with your email address I'll be happy to send you as many as you want. Most everything on or in the car was removed including all wiring for the bodywork and paint. This car has never been wrecked. It was painted because the original calypso green paint was faded and chipping, and I wanted to paint it a brilliant, unique color. The alert on the eBay title check references an odometer discrepancy - at some point a new owner reported it as "exceeded mechanical limits". That has no bearing on the car now, since the drivetrain is completely new/rebuilt and the odometer has been reset to zero. The body had about 130,xxx miles before the work. The SES light is on but it's because the smog equipment is deleted. Engine is a factory '92 302ci bored .030 (306ci). Original rear end was replaced with the correct 8.8" rear end with new FMS 3.73 gears. During the conversion the correct 140mph cluster was swapped in and the odometer was reset to "0". The car now has 250 miles on it and I drive it almost every day. Smog equipment was deleted, a/c is unhooked, and factory cruise control is installed but unhooked (system works, but the throttle body cable is still factory and needs the V8 conversion). Brake system remains factory with the exception of the brake booster, which is correct for the V8 conversion. Brake hardware is all new, including rotors, pads, drums, and shoes. I have two slotted V8 rotors and new calipers that will go with the car, in case the new owner wants to buy V8 spindles and convert it. Fuel system is all new, including fuel pump, fuel tank, fuel level sender, and fuel filter. I've installed V8 fuel lines to make the conversion correct. Suspension is all new, including front struts, rear shocks, and 1.5"(+) front/rear lowering coils. Exhaust is dual with factory style mufflers and turn downs just ahead of the rear axle.
