For sale by owner. Classic 1979 VW Westfalia Camper. Has all the camping features: Pop-top, sink, stove, cooler, propane tank/grill. Engine is in great shape and has roughly 30,000 miles on it since it was replaced with the original. Total miles on it is 103,167. Also comes with a surf rack. It's tan colored and in overall OK shape, with some rust starting in places. Front window is rusting as well which is typical of VW's, I guess. I used clear silicone to keep it sealed for 6 years now and it worked just fine. If you are going to restore it, there is lots of information on how to restore the front window seal and the common issues associated with VW windows. It also has a minor crack in the front (right side) from damage that occured prior to owning it. No issue with it other than a minor visual problem (see front photo). All the turn signals, headlights, break lights work, as well. I just put in over $800 worth of maintenance and tune up work it, an Han's VW Repair in West Seattle dubbed it "Good to go for the summer". It has a CD player/radio and decent front door and back speakers. I’m selling it to buy a paragliding tandem wing, so who knows, maybe I’ll include a flight with the bus. I decided to fix the crack in the front and rust in the back and prime it white.
