We operate a collector car restoration business, Quality Muscle Car Restorations, LLC, located in Scottsdale AZ. and are selling this vehicle for a customer. A. Owner History and Documentation: 1. Two owners from new 2. 1970s Colorado title held by second owner listing original owner’s name. 3. Original photos of the vehicle's restoration, the vehicle's second owners, and vehicle taken in the last 40 years go with vehicle. B. Exterior and Body: 1. Vehicle has received a quality repaint job in the original exterior color, in the 1970s. 2. Vehicle has its original rust free floor and sheet metal 3. Both front bumpers are original, in good condition, and have been triple chrome plated. 4. All exterior stainless trim such as the grill shell, head light buckets and cowl lights are original and in excellent condition. 5. All glass including the windshield is in good condition. 6. Rear trunk is nice reproduction item that was available in the 1970s 7. Running board covers are reproduction items in good condition 8. Headlight and tail lenses are original and in good condition. 9. Vehicle is equipped with Montegory Ward’s 19” tires that appear to be in good condition. 10. Wheels are original and have been painted the correct yellow color C. Under hood: 1. Engine appears, is the original item and is in good running order 2. Wiring is original and is in good condition. 3. Under-hood area received a quality amateur restoration in the 1970s. D. Undercarriage: 1. Frame and all other undercarriage components has very little or no rust pits and were painted black in the 1970s 2. All steering, suspension and brake components, including the Ford shocks, appear to be original to the vehicle. 3. The exhaust system is in good condition and is a replacement system installed in the 1970s. E. Interior: 1. Dash, gauges and instrument panel are in excellent restored condition and appear to be the original components. ü Gauge faces are not discolored+ ü Speedometer shows 90,311 miles. ü Condition of vehicle and owner history leads us to believe mileage is original. 2. Original steering wheel is in excellent original condition. 3. Door panels, seats and headliner are in very good condition, and appear to be Lebaron-Bonney quality replacements. 4. Rubber floor mats are in good condition and are quality replacements installed in the 1970s. F. Operations: 1. Engine, transmission, differential, brakes and steering are in good working order. 2. The all components work as good or better than new: ü Lights ü Horn ü Windows ü Doors G. Summary: 1. This is a nice original vehicle in good working order. 2.
