2005 Nissan Murano SL V6 Automatic SUV172,000 miles Has a bad transmission!!! Please read!! Needs a new transmission These were just extended warranty through Nissan but due to mileage they would not warranty it. Still runs and drives but after driving for awhile the transmission gets " funny " Found used transmission for $1200 - used - can get a new remanufactured transmission from Nissan for $2499 - Kelly Blue Book value - Excellent condition even with current miles $9310 - would give this truck the excellent rating if the transmission was good.One owner - company car - lots of highway / interstate driving.New Hankook tires in the fall. Everything works.Front chome grille is " peeling " - other than that exterior is in awesome shape - there are some chips in front end but nothing major. Still shines up very nice!
