Vehicle Detail
Selling my 1965 (titled late 64) model 320 Datsun pickup. I have had it about 12 or 13 years. It has not been restored but repainted once in the 90s. I have allways kept it garaged and lubed regulary. I fixed anything that needed attention in the years I had it. Tank flushed and coated, carb rebuilt, shocks and valve adjustments and oil changes are about all it needed. It is 98% stock in my opinion. The 2% is carpeting, license plate light and seat cover material. That is all that comes to mind. The glove box manual is still there and nice. The under side looks old but not rusty. The slave cyl. and all rubber brake hoses have been replaced. My memory is failing so I've probably forgot plenty. Good luck its a fun little truck! PS) Leaving today 5-23-12 for Memorial day weekend. Will answer questions 5-28 till end of auction. Everything works perfect except radio tuner. Scratchy reception! I have had many collector cars over the years. Stored this one for about 7 years. Fuel system from tank to carb cleaned and coated after coming out of storage about 3 years ago.On May-29-12 at 13:15:35 PDT, seller added the following information: OK I'm back home and will try to answer all questions. Some were for more pics and I will try to add after typing this. In the pics you will see some 320 books that I will include. You also get the NOS radiator pictured in a plastic bag. It's sat up there for over 10 years and go's with the truck. I'd put it in to drive to Reno like 1 guy asked. I drove it to Vacaville twice since I've owned it and that's as far as it's been with me. 50 mph is as fast as I felt comfortable and its humming! On May-31-12 at 15:11:28 PDT, seller added the following information: Forgot to answer part of 1 guys question about jack and tools. The bed mat I found on ebay about 10 years ago. It was for a later model Nissan. I cut it down and cut out for the wheel humps. The Paint under it is as good as the rest of the bed.On Jun-02-12 at 21:27:33 PDT, seller added the following information: Forgot to answer half of the last guys question. No, I have never wrecked it and cannot see any sign of any older accidents. I have seen 2 spots where I thing some body filler was used before painting. This is on tailgate outside and pass. door. The whole body is razor srraight and does not have any dings, inside or out (bed)
