I called the customs office in Madawaska Maine which is 100miles from my house, there is some paper to fill when the truck company cross the border (you will need to give an autorisation on your name for the truck driver) the cost is about 10$, I can also drive it to a place of your choice in Madawaska ME for 400$, may be easier to find a transportation company, to load it to the flat bed you can use the service of a towing company with a flat bed to load in the van.
