                                                1965 Porsche 912 Coupe - Irish Green - Very Early 912 5-Speed               VIN 305663 (Porsche), Engine 740865 (USA). Originally Irish Green 6406, repainted Tangerine prior to 1977.               Early 5 peed with early style motor mounts and non-adjustable shock towers.               Original Solex 40 PII-4 carbs with Knecht air cleaners.               Original Orange Bar hood badge in perfect condition.               Original Sigla windshield without a mark on it. Original Sekurit side and rear glass in great condition.               Optional Wooden Steering Wheel and Uber Rare Outside Temperature Gauge.               Original 356 seats with original seat covers (perforated seat backs) and optional Headrests (not shown).               Original door panels and sun visors in great condition. Door panels and rear shelf never cut.               Original Turn Signal Assemblies with correct Bosch 1964 markings on lenses.               All bright work is smooth with only minimal tarnish and even patina.               Engine grill is perfectly straight with absolutely zero corrosion.               2 KPZ 4.5 (1963) and 2 KPZ 5.5 (1968) steelies with caps included (1 emblem MIA).               Very straight and clean first year 901 bodied Porsche. Only rust is small pits under rear window.               Still looking for the original radio which is boxed and stored somewhere not yet found.               Garaged in Inland Central California and driven only 2,500 miles since 1977.               Black painted rear lid receiver panel is not a replacement, rattle canned black for God only knows what reason.               Early 70's California Blue Plate (approximately 1973) and California Tiny Pink.               1 family owned since 1977.
