1978 International Harvester Scout

2nd owner. Bought this Scout in 1996 for my son to drive to Radford University. We changed the paint from the ugly International Orange to the equally ugly International Green. We upholstered in Vinyl. After he graduated, I drove it locally (Blacksburg VA) for several years and in or around 2006, parked it to restore a 56 chevy that I bought in 1961. Just finished it. Before I parked it, I had a local mechanic do top engine work. New plugs, points, wires, ps pump, hoses and belts, elec fuel pump etc. Would not pass VA inspection because of bottom cab rust. I purchased all new metal from Canada to restore the cab. Never got around to that. All new metal will go with vehicle. Interior is very good. Never had a radio. PS/PBrakes. 304 V-8 with the hard to find factory 4 speed. All running gear was good when parked. Tires are 5 year old steel belts. Because of health issues, I don't have time to do this project.
