I have a collection of cars and have decided to put this one up for sale. This is a car I should probably just put back and forget but I have two many cars right now. It is a real rare 1996 Saleen convertible number 297 of production that year. There was a low numbers of this cars made by Saleen and even less where convertible and probably not many triple black. The car runs and drives great it is fully loaded with all the Saleen upgrades to the body and engine performance package. I have the hard shell boot as well that makes the car look like a two seater. The car has very good tires and rims that are original shelby rims as well. There are two center caps missing and a few stone chips on the from that have been touched up. The car looks great and will be a super high collectable car in the future. Like I said I should keep it however I have 2 69 camaros, a real 67Z Camaro, 69 Firebird convertible, 73 Challenger TA440, a 1975 Trans Am, 67 Shelby GT 500 Convertible tribute and a few more. I had a guy contact me that said he had number 347-96 which was just like this car. Triple black and an automatic. He said at that time there were only 7 of these made. He totaled his car out so depending on how many have still made it this is 1 of 6 cars know to exist ever built.
