1999 Audi A6 finished in Brilliant Black with Onyx leather interior. This car was purchased on 3/24/1999 at Weeks Porsche Audi VW in Danbury, CT at a price of just under $40,000. The car has been very well cared for; meticulously maintained, garage kept, and carefully driven. These cars are regularly found with 200k miles on them, so with just 46k, this car has a lot of life left. The car is in excellent condition and shows as much wear as you would expect to see on a three year old car, absolutely no disappointments. The exterior of the car is stunning. The paint is in perfect condition and holds an extremely deep shine with no sign of fade. The finish is is like new. The only imperfections to mention on the body are: a slight dent on the front right wheel well, a few marks on the rear bumper, and a touched up scratch above the left rear passenger door handle from a fallen garden tool in the garage (barely noticeable); aside from that, there is hardly a scratch. The chrome, glass, plastic and all exterior trim are all in excellent condition. The headlights are crystal clear. The wheels are also in excellent condition, having a like new finish and have only a few minor rub or rash marks. The car has never been involved in an accident. The interior of the car is also in excellent condition. The leather is soft and supple and the seats are firm. There are no cracks on the dash and all interior trim is in perfect shape. The wood accents are vibrant and free from damage. The headliner is in excellent condition. The carpets and upholstery are free from any noticeable dirt or staining. The only visible wear on the interior of the car is on the driver's seat bolster from getting in and out and on the original driver's floor mat where the foot would set. All controls and systems work as they should with the exception of: drivers heated seat is not as hot as it used to be, pixels in center display only are difficult to read, cup holders do not retract, and the rear view mirror is slightly darker in the center than the edge. All other functions, including the windows, power seats, stereo and sunroof all work perfectly; heat blows hot and A/C is cold. Mechanically, the car runs perfectly. Recent services include: 5,000 mile service, valve cover gaskets, left and right tie rod ends, and left front upper control arm (all done at 43,973 miles on 9/23/2011). Previous to that, the window master switch was replaced and the wire harness under warranty. The car drives beautifully and as new. The suspension is tight, the transmission shifts perfectly and the engine is fast and strong. The tires are also in very good shape. There are no warning lights illuminated on the dash. I have all original keys: remote keys (2), a valet key and the plastic key with bar code. I also have the book of manuals. This car is a very rare find with such extremely low miles and being in such beautiful condition. It would not look out of place on a showroom floor.
