If you are looking for a reliable, dependable family mini-van, then you should really check out our Ford Windstar 7 passinger minivan. With NO RESERVE this may end up being one of those all-time great e-Bay deals you hear about every so often. That means high bidder drives this van home, no matter if its $500 or $5000, the highest bidder owns it. Now that 3 out of our 4 children have moved out we no longer have a need for this van. It has been just an amazing vehicle for us over the years, never having failed to start or leaving us stranded. I'm assuming that's due in part to my husband making sure the oil has always been changed every 3,000 miles as well replacing everything that is supposed to be replaced including-- brakes, tires, battery, alternator, timing belt, radiator, water pump. Probably there have been other repairs that I am not remembering at this time, but needless to say it is 100% roadworthy. As matter of fact we have just returned from a 2,200 mile round trip vacation to W. Virginia without a single problem. On that trip we checked out our fuel conumption, both by the digital computer readout as well as filling the tank, driving 300 miles, refilling the tank and dividing the 300 by 12.4 gallons of gas we used. That proved we got a little over 24 miles per gallon. I believe this Windstar is the XL model, it is completely loaded with everything except sunroof. Including leather interior, 4 captain seats, power everything, dual A/C, dual airbags, a great aftermarket stereo w/ remote control. I have the 3rd bench seat stored in my garage, it is very simple to install. It currently has 150,000+ miles however that will be higher since we still have one more trip to make to pick our daughter up in N. Carolina but we will be back before the auction ends. So bottom line is this, if you want a super reliable and dependable minivan that has been extremely well maintained and is also loaded with almost every option available then it may be tough to beat this one. NOTE- All I ask is that it be paid for in full within 7 days, I can store it as long as needed as long as its paid for by check, money order, or cash at pickup.
