This is a 1976 Triumph Spitfire 1500 with the original hardtop and only 73,000 original miles. It has the 4 speed trans with no overdrive. This car is in excellent condition and has many new parts installed plus spare parts to go with. New parts include: pacesetter header, water pump, rear brakes, rack and pinion bushings, sway bar bushings, sway bar end links, front shocks, spark plugs, distributor cap, distributor rotor, valve cover gasket, and rear leaf spring. The car has no rust and still has the original floor pans in it. On Apr-19-12 at 05:46:14 PDT, seller added the following information: Just wanted to point out that the outside of the car has been repainted, but it still has the original paint inside the trunk and under the hood. There are a few scratches in the paint and chips down around the bottom of the car from driving it. There is also 1 crack on the top of the dash pad just to the left of the ash tray. If anybody wants more pics please ask and I will email them to you. On Apr-24-12 at 08:00:40 PDT, seller added the following information: I was taking some pics of the car this morning for somebody and noticed a small rust hole about the diameter of a pencil, maybe a little smaller. It is just in front of the drivers rear wheel. If anybody wants a pic of it let me know. Sorry I didn't notice it earlier.
