On Apr-12-12 at 21:09:05 PDT, seller added the following information: The car has been off the road since 1994. It is currently on a CA non op so all back fees are paid. On Apr-13-12 at 18:07:13 PDT, seller added the following information: I apologize to everyone for not putting all the details and photos up when I posted this car. New photos will come Sunday. Here is some new info: -I think the car was painted in the early 90s. It was originally green -The overdrive is not hooked up right now. I hope to wire it and test it this weekend -I have only driven the car around 10 blocks or so at a time. (Not registered) During that time it shifted thru all gears except over drive fine. -The carbs were rebuilt by the previous owner The car could use a fine tune up to get it running perfect. Starts up fine on a cold day with choke. Warm day no choke. -The dash was stained and 2 coat of urethane applied. The dash pad has No cracks - currently the horns are not wired but they look like the were painted and restored by the previous owner -oil pressure gauge is not hooked up (it is original style that requires a hose to go to the motor for pressure. The engine is set up for a newer style gauge. -The engine is a rebuilt MK2 engine so it has the different and better head than the MK1 - windshield wipers work -new inside door trim seals -rear window needs a new seal If you are local please contact me and come by to look at the car. On Apr-16-12 at 11:56:51 PDT, seller added the following information: Here is a link to more photos. On Apr-17-12 at 16:50:08 PDT, seller added the following information: Today I put a new trunk/rear hatch seal in. Car also has a new water pump (forgot to list that) and uploaded videos of the car running. Cold start, Not warmed up, Warmed up, and the dash. All shot within 5 minutes.
