Up for auction is a 2003 Freightliner (Dodge) Sprinter. This was used by us for many years. We replaced it with a new one (2012). Here is the description: Body: No collision damage at all. Only some rust in the following places: Lower Passenger door. Inside front edge of hood. Both rear doors on the bottom and around the glass. There is some glue residue left on the body from the complete body wrap that we had around the vehicle. Interior: The cab is in great condition, no TEARS or rips in the seats. The cargo bay has a wooden floor that is in good shape with scraps of cargo. The exposed rear wheel housings are dented. I have a Cargo/Cab divider that is included, but not installed. When you install this, the AC works great. Without it, the AC has a problem to keep the cab cool. All controls work great and there are 2 programmed remotes included. Mechanical: Engine runs as smooth as the day it was new. The transmission works fine, but 2nd gear is gone. It has been that way for 4 years. We just let it shift past 2nd and right into 3rd. It is more of a nuisance for city driving, and not noticable at all on the highway. Brakes were new last year. Tires are new. Battery is brand new, we bought it so we can sell it. Guess I should have read the listing more carefully. We were parked on a hill and a lady rolled forward into the back. It didn't even scratch our bumper. But her front grille was damaged. She told us forget about it, but we called the police anyway since we didn't want her claiming we did it.
