Vehicle Detail
A CLEAR TEXAS TITLE FOR This red beauty is a 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback 2+2. It’s an older restoration was painted 10 yrs ago. The color is original color of Rangoon Red. The car runs GREAT! The floor pans look to be the original pans and frame rails they are not rusted out! The front suspension had been completely rebuilt with all new parts ten years ago new upper and lower control arms, bushings, spindles, new shocks, coil springs, center link and tie rod ends and brakes. Since then the car has just sat in the garage. I did change it to a new dual master cylinder. The exhaust is new, has what appears to be the original interior. It has always been kept in the garage. The motor and transmission are very good. There are no engine or transmission problems both working very well. One of the photos taken shows the key in ignition with car running and the gauges all seem to register fine with no problems with oil or overheating. It has the pony door panels but missing the chrome trim. I have the trim but it is a little bent and was planning on buying new ones. I have the black camera finish gauges and glove box door just like the pony gauges just has a black camera finish , they match the interior better just never put them back on. I also have the original old steering wheel a red one, that was given to me when I bought the car. I have it but it is a little bent and was planning on buying new ones. Headliner has no tears and may even be the original one? Aftermarket radio, but needs better speakers, tires are new about 600 miles on them. The Magnum wheels do have some slight rust. The car has truly not been taken out just sits in the garage for the most part backed up and started on occasion and driven locally. The car is for the most part the way I bought it. It is definitely not a rust bucket. The car has been in Texas all its life to the best of my knowledge. The numbers match on the car the fender apron has VIN matching title. Door plate came loose and is in the glove box also has matching VIN was from original door has matching VIN number to title. The engine block and transmission I am sure that date codes would match I purchased the car and it was sold to me as numbers matched. The reading on the odometer is 38,527. THE CAR IS CURRENTLY GARAGED IN SAN ANTONIO TEXAS. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. THE CAR CAR can BE VIEWED IN SAN ANTONIO. CALL THE NUMBER BELOW TO SET UP VIEWING AND INSPECTION. I will not be able to ship the car. It will be picked up only. IT will be sold "AS IS” NO REFUNDS. Please do not place a bid if you have no intentions to purchase the car.
