Automatic This 2000 BMW Z3 Roadster is in excellent condition inside and out, and it runs and drives like only a BMW does. Its loaded with all the luxury features, good looks, and performance you expect from a world-class car. It has obviously been very well cared for throughout its life. This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. It has just 51,701 original miles on it. This car has about $3900 in factory options, including the Harman-Kardon Audio system, CD player, automatic transmission and the Premium Package (includes leather-trimmed seats, wood interior trim, fog lamps, cruise control, and a power convertible top) This exterior is in very, very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The paint shines like new all around. The Autocheck report shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include alloy wheels and fog lamps. The top is also in great shape with no holes, cuts or tears. The seats are in very good condition with no burn marks, tears or holes. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls . This Z3 has a full slate of features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; Harman-Kardon AM/FM/CD stereo; Cruise control; cold air conditioning, and much more. Safety features include dual air bags, ABS and stability control. The owner's manual, two keys and one remote fob are with the car... ...and so is a set of mats. This car is really excellent, especially for a 2000 model, but its not perfect. There is a small plastic trim piece missing from one roll bar, and the left seatbelt guide is broken (the right one is also cracked, but the entire part is there) The trunk is clean. There's enough space for a weekend getaway or a trip to the shopping center. This 2.5 liter I6 puts out plenty of power for a car of this size. Its rated at 170 hp and 181 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage is window-sticker rated at 20/27 mpg. This car is responsive and really fun to drive. Current mileage on the car is 51,701. Autocheck shows accurate mileage and no problems. The mediation must occur in Broward County, Florida. The parties will split the cost of the mediator. The parties must personally appear in Broward County for the mediation. If a party is a corporation, then only the President of the corporation or the corporation's highest ranking officer will satisfy the aforementioned appearance requirement for mediation. Representatives of the parties will not satisfy the aforementioned requirement. The aforementioned mediation is required prior to the initiation of civil litigation. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute. The parties specifically agree that they will be responsible for their own litigation costs and attorney fees for mediation, civil litigation and appeals.
