This 1999 BMW 323I has 140 K miles on it and is in good overall condition for the year and miles. We are selling this vehicle as-is at the lowest wholesale price we can. This vehicle runs great. I test drove this vehicle for about 95 miles and it performed good overall. The engine and transmission shifted very smoothly (SEE VIDEO). The brakes were very responsive and the alignment is perfectly straight. It handled really well and there were no odd sounds or smells coming from the vehicle. There is a check engine light on in the vehicle. Using a Creader IV code reader for OBDII and EOBD we ran the code and it came back as: p0035 (pd) turbo charger bypass/wastegate valve control circuit high. While the light is on, we have driven this vehicle for about 200 plus miles overall and have not had any problems with it. With that said, we are fully disclosing the engine code. The interior features power locks, windows, mirrors, seats, cruise control, cup holders, abs, tcs, heated seats, sunrooof, and much more! All interior controls are functional. The AC is not blowing cold, so it may need a recharge. The heat is working and the blower is working at all speeds. The CD player has been removed in the vehicle as shown and after further inspection an aftermarket or stock cd player can be hooked up. The interior is in good condition depsite the rear seats. The carpets are very clean and smell great, the entire interior has been fully detailed and smells great. The upholstery and dash is in good shape showing minimal wear (see pictures and video for a detailed look). The front leather seats look great, and show no rips or tears, only some minor wear on the drivers seat where you would enter the vehicle. The wood paneling is in great overall condition. The dash area is very clean and also has minimal wear. The sunroof shade liner has been removed as shown although the sunroof is fully functional and does NOT leak whatsoever. The ceiling fabric in the rear is peeling a bit as shown in the pictures but can be simply glued back to its original position with little effort. The heated seats are fully functional. The rear seats have a few rips in them as I have shown, although the backrests are in good condition. All interior and exterior lights and signals are working, EXCEPT for the fog lights, which I believe need new bulbs. The body is in decent overall condition. There is some damage to the front left headlight housing, which some work was done, and there is a slight bit of residue left over as I try to point out in the video. The hood has some minor nicks and scrapes, and some small dents near the front grill. There are some obvious blemishes on the front bumper which I point out in the video. There is a small bubbling paint spot near the gas cap. The rear bumper also has a few blemishes, and there is very small crach on the rear drivers side tail light on the corner as I have shown. Please see the video for a much easier/more descriptive explanation of all spots. The tires are in fantastic condition, just about brand new front tires, and the rear tires are about 70 percent. The rims are also in impeccable shape, with no emblem damage and very minor scratches. The engine bay is super clean as you can see in the pictures and all fluids are at proper levels. THERE ARE NO LEAKS! There is a jack and wrench in the rear, although no spare. This vehicle comes with:
