This could end up being one of those all-time great e-Bay deals you hear about every so often, and I might be screwing myself. I am selling this 1990 Ford Ranger XLT Extended cab pickup truck with NO RESERVE. High bid wins it, whether its $500 or $5000, the highest bid at the end drives it home. Please check out the free Auto Check that e-bay offers on some vehicals, you will see that this truck has only had a few long-time owners and that the original mileage has always been kept low. Right now it is only reading in the upper 60,000 miles. That is because it has always been used as a local WORK TRUCK. Either has a handy mans truck or more extensively has a pool cleaner's vehical. It is perfect for either because of the cap and the bed liner. Also it has a little storage area behind the front bucket seats with two fold down seats. Obviously it could be used as just a personal means of transportation but it is also obvious it has been used as a work truck. Because of the mileage most of the parts are original, although some have been replaced, some others are due to be replaced. Recent parts that have been replaced include shocks, new tires, Panasonice am/fm c.d. stereo. It is in the shop right now having the original brakes replaced, so when picked up expect a BRAND NEW BRAKE JOB. What may need replacing in the future are the battery, windshield wiper blades. Even though I'm stressing that this is a great WORK TRUCK it should be noted that it is equipped with some luxury features such as tilt wheel, cold air-conditiong, center console with plug in ports, cruise control, two back seats. Also note-worthy is the fact that this truck has been garaged all its life, so even though it may show its 22 yr. old age, the body is nowhere near as bad as most Florida vehicals. The paint is not faded or peeling, with a wash and wax it actually looks shiney. Of course a new paint job always works wonders but any scratches or scraps have been touched up with touch up paint in the factory correct color. In some spots, mainly the hood, it is somewhat noticable that pebble dings where touched up. Please note thou that the paint and body look nice, you won't be embarrassed pulling up to customers homes in this truck. The interior is a typical work truck interior, grey carpeting with several burn marks, stains, ext, but please study the interior pics closely. It is definately a nice looking interior, the seats are spotless. (A 1st date wouldn't turn and run if you picked her up in this truck). So for what will probably be a couple thousand dollar truck someone will be getting a nice looking, dependable, reliable, maintained, WORK or pleasure truck. For what it's worth think about the gas mileage it gets with the 6 cylinder engine and the fact that it only cost $350 a yr. to register and insure it. Also included for free is an Excaliber Camper Top. This is FACTORY top and was top of the line in 1990, not new by any means anymore but it locks, dosen't leak, and is free!
