Mercedes 220 SEB Sedan Hello all I am relisting. I had a local buyer yesterday but he backed out. We wil go to the completion of a 5 day auction highest bidder wins with no local sale. Please remember you are bidding on a 48 year old unrestored vehicle. I have done my best to describe the condidtion. If you have questions please ask. I am also adding some parts to be included with the car. An extra front grill, an extra fuel pump core, two extra horns, two brake wheel cylinders, two brake lines, clutch slave cylinder and a few misc. items. You are bidding on a Mercedes 220 SEB Sedan. This is the Fuel Injected model. It is four speed on the column. The vehicle is currenty running and can be driven. All lights, Wiper etc. work. I have done some work to bring the car back to life after a long time in storage. The fuel tank was sent out and cleaned and coated a new sump installed. The fuel pump was rebuilt. New rubber has been installed in the Winshield and rear window. The actual Mileage is unknown. Overall this would make a good restoration project for someone. The paint is original tobacco brown and is faded. The chrome is dull but all there. I have the rear window trim pieces and some of the smaller pieces that have come off. It appears that at some point someone used this as a daily driver in the 80's. There are seat belts installed in the front and the radio has been replaced with a AM / FM casette player. The seats are sun split and are covered with sheepskin by someone a long time ago. The carpets are all wrong and some is missing. The headliner is there and is in ok shape. All the guages work. There is a slight exhaust leak about midway under the car that has been patched but should have a proper repair. It could use a new clutch slave cylinder. A new one will be included with the sale. The bumpers are rusted and have some dents. The body is in good condition there is some surface rust on the lower door surface on one side. The drivers side floor is rusted inside but there are no holes in the floor. The chassis is solid. There appears to be some rust in the inside front fenders rear lower part close to the doors. The trunk is solid as are the inside of the rear fenders. The jack is still there as is the spare rim with no tire. Please do ask questions. The car is located in eastern PA near Pottstown (19464).
