I am selling my MB 450 SL for a good price in order to fix my wife's Nash Metropolitan 1957 that she has been waiting for a very long time. She deserves this car and I am finally going to get it on the road again for her. I broke my back and can no longer fix cars like I use to so now it's for others to do. The 450 SL is in generaly good shape with working A/C and just had the fuel system redone from the fuel tank all the way to the engine. The only thing it still needs is to replace the CIS Fuel Distributor and it should run as well as she use too again. All the work on the car was done by my mechanic who use to be a master mechanic for Mercedes and now runs a shop out of his property a few miles from my house. He works on my other two Mercedes and always do it right and always pay half of what I would at a Mercedes shop. If you would want him to fix it here before it gets shipped to where you live I'm sure he would do it. The car has some surface rust spots but none under the car. It is solid under there.
