You are bidding on a 1959 MGA 1600 MKI Chariot red over black seats with contrasting red piping. This is a very nice driver quality NAMGAR registered car that you would be proud to take to any local show. This particular MGA is in very good overall condition as can be seen by the photos. It is not a fresh restoration but shows like much of the work and maintenance has been recently done although predominantly more than 10 years ago. The exterior of the car (paint, chrome and glass) are all in good condition. Paint and chrome both have plenty of shine but has as well its share of small chips and scratches. Glass has one small crack at the base of the driver corner. The interior of the car (seats, cockpit, carpet, door panels and dash) are also in very good condition. The trunk comes carpeted as well and includes a crank for the starter and spare tire. Driver seat cushion foam could use replacing. Mechanically the car runs and drives out very well. Starts easily, idles great and sounds very nice. Clutch, transmission and brakes are all working exactly as they should. All 4 painted wire wheels were refurbished previously and show very nicely while riding on period correct size like new tires. Comes with the currently installed cloth top which is still very usable as is with clear glass and a small 2 inch tear over the passenger window at the header. Comes as well with a brand new Robbins top that is still in the box. Side curtains as seen in the photos are included as well and still in very serviceable condition. Side curtain stowage bag is also included. Please ask all questions prior to bidding and do not bid unless you intend to buy.
