This is my 2008 Saturn Sky Redline Turbo, as you can see by the pictures this car is clean with very low miles, This car has never seen snow and believe it or not I have only been caught in the rain one time, I have never used it as a daily driver, I drive it on the weekends only, and with my three kids that don’t even happen very often. In October of 2011 just before I put it away for Winter storage in my heated garage under a fitted cover I had a brand new Magnaflow 3” stainless exhaust system with lifetime warranty installed by the GM dealer, at the same time they installed the GM turbo upgrade kit that does not void any GM warranty but adds a ton of torque and horse power when you want it. They also added a K&N air filter. My bill was over $1300 and I have not driven it 150 miles since the install, they gave me the removed turbo electric parts in case someone wanted to go back to stock, but from what I see in performance difference with no loss of fuel economy or drivability I can’t imagine why anyone would want to. I have decided to let this car go because I just bought a family boat and can’t see me ever getting time to enjoy the car on the weekends if we are boating. But what I see happening is as the weather is getting nice here in Iowa I will uncover it and take it for the initial spring drive and won’t be able to let it go, I love driving this car; it gets babied and it gets a lot of attention on the road. Before this car I had a 07 convertible corvette as my weekend driver and believe it or not this car gets a lot more attention than the corvette, I’m sure since it’s more unique and you see a lot less of them, especially with this color combination. The downside of this car if any is it has a record, when the car was basically new it was involved in a very minor left front fender bender, since the car was so new and it was the other persons fault and the body shop said it would take 6 weeks to get parts and get it in the shop to repair it the owner fought hard and got a new car out of the deal, the same exact car. The car only needed a left headlight, front bumper cover and the hood, nothing else! No air bags went off, no glass broke, no radiator damage, nothing else. I have pictures of the car after the accident before it was fixed, it’s incredible that the insurance company bought the car, I see cars every day with 10 times the damage that this car had sitting at the body shops being repaired that do not get a accident record stuck on them, it’s a shame, but the good thing is the car runs, drives, performs perfect, nobody would ever know it has had the three items replaced. I decided not to post the pictures because if someone looks at the pictures before they read this they may think it has that damage on it, so email me your email address and I will send them, but only if your actually interested and have (or can get) the money to buy this. Please no ridiculous low offers, this car is awesome and I will not give it away, but of course since the car has the record somebody is going to get a heck of a deal. The NADA book is $22,950 retail and trade-in is $19,750. I talked to my GM dealer and he says of course with the record of the collision stuck on it that the value is less, he said they normally take off 15-20% for that if the car looks nice, as he said this car looks perfect and they do not make them anymore so he expects them to go up in value if they have low miles. Taking off what the dealer said to that still puts this over $18,500 plus the brand new extras; I’m also going to include the $200 car cover as it’s made for that car. The outside pics were taken last fall before the new exhaust was installed; I took them to send to a buddy of mine out of state to show it off. The one from the front with no front license plate was taken where the car came from in California at the Saturn Dealership body shop after the repair. I will help ship this anywhere in the US, I have a friend that just bought a muscle car from California and had it shipped to Iowa for $530, I have the name and number of the shipper he used and will help any way I can, but of course you pay the shipping cost. You will not be disappointed in this car, look at my 100% ebay feedback.
