Vehicle Detail
You are bidding on a 1997 F-350, 4 wheel drive, regular cab truck in wonderful condition. This was owned by a man that takes great pride in taking great pride in his vehicles! This vehicle is completely dry, which is to say there are no leaks. It has a very good looking, and very functional flatbed with a very solid gooseneck hitch in it. It has power everything, inclucing the motor. It has the 460 big block that will absolutely pull a house down. It is sitting on great tires with good tread left. (I had to talk him out of putting new tires on it. It does not need them.) You will notice it has a salvage title. He told me he didn't even know it had a salvage title until he bought it. The passenger door was damaged so he had the cab repainted. Maybe the original bed was damaged too but I am guessing. Anyway, I wanted you to know. I am telling you that this one of the most solid trucks that you will find. It has new ball joints, and a radiator. The water pump was also replaced while the radiator was out of it. It also has the hydraulic brake lock to lock the brakes when hooking up or loading a trailer. The man that had this truck, sold this one and bought a 2002 crew cab (yes it's 10 years old), immediately pulled the bed off and had a custom built $8900 aluminum flat bed put on it, had air bags put on it, onboard air compressor installed (for the airbags), new tires, new shocks, new fluids in everything, repainted the entire frame as far as they could without taking the cab off before the bed was installed, reupholstered the LEATHER seats, and then as soon as the bed was on he took it to Arkansas to the only guy in the United States that goes through the transmission and remanufactures it with all kinds of upgrades (stronger parts, his own torque converter that he has made, etc.), then he had the exhaust completely gone through and went ahead and had a chip put in the computer while he was at it. FWEWWWW! The point that I am trying to make is if there is a chance in the world that there was any issue whatsoever with this pickup, it would have been taken care of immediately. You will not find many 1 ton single wheel pickups and you will definitely not find them in this shape. Everything that junks up a pickup is not present here. When you shut the doors, it's like a new truck. When you check the oil, it's like a new truck. When you drive down the road, it's like a new truck. This truck sounds good, runs good, is good. Bid like you know it's good. If it is not exactly what I say it is when you get here, then you don't own it. 1997 F-350 4WD Regular cab Nice flat bed No leaks Great power Good tires Great looking cab Gooseneck hitch Power everything Feel free to ask any questions that you might have. Thanks, Alan
