1999 Volvo S70 - 4 Door - 5 Cylinder - 203,838 Miles This vehicle must be removed within 2 weeks of the auction end. Runs and drives nice - we drove it 30 or so miles - no problem. Goes to the highest bidder in "As Is" condition! No Reserve! No Buy It Now! No Trades! Please don't ask! Passenger power window does not work. The engine/tranny does not smoke, make noise or slip. The car does leak a little oil due to a clogged P.C.V. system or engine breather system clog. When it idles, it builds up pressure in the crank case, and the pressure build up can cause an oil leak. Nice body and interior. Drive it home! If no one bids on this vehicle, I have a buyer for the parts. Also, could use 2 front tires. I did not pull a wheel so it might, or might not need brake pads. The brakes stop the car fine. Because the "Check Engine" light is on and will not pass NY State's inspection... New York residents are unable to bid or buy unless they are a registered car dealer, registering/re-titling the vehicle out of state or are using it for “Parts Only”. When a car is sold as “Parts Only’ or “Salvage” it must pass a NY State “Salvage Inspection”. This is done to keep rebuilt wrecks that are unsafe off the road – especially vehicles with frame damage or airbag deployment. My cars are rarely rebuildable wrecks and therefore will pass this strict inspection process when the problem that is advertised is corrected. There are about 10 to 15 NY State salvage inspection sites in NY State – 2 or 3 are on Long Island and there are a couple in NY City. Call me for further clarification. As a registered NY State dealer I am unable to sell a car that won’t pass inspection to a NY State resident. Anyone else can bid and buy.
