1998 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro Bought this car for my wife and have since added another child, so she wanted a minivan. The A4 now needs to go, as we do not need three cars. The car was owned by a certified mechanic/shop owner (friend of mine) and Audi enthusiast before myself. So, needless to say, everything that has been needed on this car has been taken care of. They also used a 60k mile donar car for any extra parts needed as well, to make this car excellent. I have receipts which will come with the sale for the following work done as well with brand new parts within the last 10k miles, new timing chain, 2 new front CV axles, new power steering pump, new front hub bearings, new drilled and slotted rotors, new brake calipers, new K&N high-flow air filter, new K&N cabin filter, new brake hoses, new hood latch, new headlight switch assembly, new wiper motor, new wiper transmission, new clutch, new clutch master cylinder, new slave cylinder, new crank seal, new front wheel bearings, new fan assembly, new tie rod ends, new Bosch Iridium spark plugs, new exhaust flange gasket and hardware, new ignition coil, moldings reapplied with all new super strength molding tape, new Optima Red Top battery, all new Royal Purple fluids, new Atsco Import rack & pinion, new belts, new valve cover set, new serpentine belt, and new K04 turbo. Turbo is set to stock 7psi, although the K04 can handle much more, but because the car was for my wife who doesn't drive fast anyway it wasn't needed. There is an OEM Audi boost gauge mounted on the dash. Also added brand new LED headlights modeled after the new Audi's with the strip of lights that borders the headlamps. Gives the car a newer Audi look. Also added new Drag flat black 18" wheels with new Falken ZIEXZE12 235/40/ZR18 all season tires. Stock Audi alloys with good tires will also come with sale. Also added a new Sony cd deck with aux input for Ipod. The car is a nice pearl white with black accents, no rust at all. The car doesn't leak any fluids whatsoever, no check engine lights on or anything like that. The Quattro all wheel drive system, ABS, power windows/cruise, heat/air conditioning, etc, all work as they should. The only issues I can think of with the car is the headliner just on the moonroof cover is coming loose (although I just keep it in the open position anyway so it never bothers me). Also the exterior lock cylinder on the driver side does not work with the key, it works with from the inside and with the power locks just fine, just not if you use the key on the outside of the car. Probably an easy fix, just haven't gotten around to it. The key fob is not working either, probably just the battery, but either way I bought a brand new one from Audi that will come with the sale. Never been used, just needs to be programmed. That's about all I can think of right now. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesistate to message me. Thanks.
