1998 Ford F150 4X4 Pickup. 5.4 Liter motor, automatic transmission. Tilt, Cruise and AC. 141,200 miles. Motor, transmission and 4X4 all in good working condition. Vehicle runs and drives good. Drive it home from Kansas. We purchased the car with a salvage title because there was a fire under the hood by the firewall. Damage has been repaired and it runs fine. We have had the car inspected by the Kansas Highway Patrol and will give you the inspection papers to receive a rebuilt title on this vehicle. Interior is in good condition with the exception of a tear on drivers side seat (normal). Minor dents and scratches on body. This is a used car and not a new one, please bid accordingly and feel free to come and inspect before you bid. This truck does run and drive well , I have used it several times to go cut wood or drive in the country on a muddy day. Why would someone by a salvage vehicle??? These vehicles have a good title now - just like yours - but with previous salvage title notation on the top line of the title because of this damage - good in any state - 100% ready for you to register and tag in your name without any hassles. Even vehicles which have been stolen and recovered with no damage may receive a "salvage" title. A vehicle which has had a "salvage title" will show a notation on the new title that states "prior or rebuilt salvage." A "prior or rebuilt salvage" title will retain that notation for the life of the car.
