2001 Nissan Pathfinder LE - 4x4 - Leather - Sunroof - 118,877 Miles Strong motor and tranny - no leaks, noises, smoking, misfire or slippage. Body is very good - minor amateur body repair on driver side front fender (as pictured). Also a couple of scratches and a dimple. Interior is mint and minus the CD player (radio works). Will not pass NY State inspection because of a serious rust problem next to the driver side shock (as pictured). Truck drives fine but don't go 4 wheeling until the rusted area has been repaired. Passenger side is tight - no rot. Could also use a couple of tires. Drive it home - it's a great runner. Bid with confidence. Owned and gently driven by an elderly man. It does make a little clunky noise when the driver side front tire is driven over bumps. Goes to the highest bidder. No Reserve! No Buy It Now! No Trades! Please don't ask! Because it won't pass inspection... New York residents are unable to bid or buy unless they are a registered car dealer, registering/re-titling the vehicle out of state or are using it for “Parts Only”. When a car is sold as “Parts Only’ or “Salvage” it must pass a NY State “Salvage Inspection”. This is done to keep rebuilt wrecks that are unsafe off the road – especially vehicles with frame damage or airbag deployment. My cars are rarely rebuildable wrecks and therefore will pass this strict inspection process when the problem that is advertised is corrected. There are about 10 to 15 NY State salvage inspection sites in NY State – 2 or 3 are on Long Island and there are a couple in NY City. Call me for further clarification. As a registered NY State dealer I am unable to sell a car that won’t pass inspection to a NY State resident. Anyone else can bid and buy.
