1998 BMW 740 iL This car had 149,531 miles on it when we got it. We have since driven over 800 miles in this car. This car is in top condition. Well taken care off. Mileage 150,371 Original Miles Engine Engine is Strong and Smooth with NO known issues or defects. Transmission Transmission is in good condition. Shifts through every gear smoothly. No defects observed. Exterior Clean Body. Rear bumper has some scratches. Passenger side rear door has a few dings . There are a few scratches on the car as expected on a 1998 vehicle but overall still a beautiful car. Car has been cleaned but not detailed. Interior Clean Interior: Drivers seat leather shows slight wear. Other seats are like new. Carpets are clean. Car has not been detailed. Brakes Brakes not inspected but no defects noted Electrical Components All electrical components tested and work well. Fully functional moon roof. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 10 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is 2 years old. While we try to service any known defects it is still possible for used vehicles to need service or repairs the first days or weeks of ownership. NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc..., do not always remain with vehicles throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or right here on eBay for a few dollars. We strongly recommend that all buyers order an independent inspection by eBay authorized inspection agency. All inspections must be done prior to purchase.

We make every effort to properly test all the cars we sell by driving them in various traffic conditions to enable us detect any mechanical/electrical issues that may exist. If we notice any issue we may get the problem attended to by our mechanic otherwise we will state the issue as a defect in the vehicle description.

The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements made about the vehicle.

Deposit

Winning bidders are expected to pay a $250 via paypal within 48 hrs of auction close to secure the vehicle. Failure to do so will cause us to relist the vehicle and leave negative feedback.

Delivery

Buyers and/or their shippers can take delivery of the vehicle on Fri ,Sat and Sun only, 10 am – 7 pm each day. Delivery on any other day must be by prior arrangement with us. Please plan accordingly. We do provide 30 day GA temporary tags if required.

State Inspections

Out of state Buyers (non Ga residents) are entirely responsible for state mandated inspections. We make no guarantees about the vehicle passing any non GA state inspection.

Fee and Tax Information:

Sales Tax

All GA residents and buyers with a GA drivers license are required to pay sales tax at a rate applicable to thier county of residence.

Admin Fee

We do charge an additional $85 on every sale to help us defray the cost of selling the vehicle.
