Automatic with Manual Mode Wow, this car is beautiful. This 2004 BMW 645Ci Convertible is in very, very good condition inside and out, and it runs and drives like only a BMW does. Its loaded with all the luxury features, good looks, and performance you expect from a world-class car. It has obviously been very well cared for throughout its life. This car has about $6000 in factory options, including the cold weather package, the sport package, the premium sound system and front and rear parking sensors. This is a lifetime Florida car that has not been exposed to the road salt and rough conditions of northern roads. It has had just one previous owner. This exterior is in very, very good shape with no notable dents or dings. The "Atlantic Blue" paint shines all around. The Autocheck report shows no accident history or any other problems. Exterior features include optional 19" alloy wheels, headlamp washers and fog lamps. Sensors in both bumpers are part of a system that alerts you if you get too close to an object while parking. The top is also nice with no cuts or tears. The seats are leather of course, and they are in very good condition with no holes, cuts or tears. The dash, carpets and door panels are all in very good shape. Both front seats have power controls with lumbar, and the driver's seat has memory settings. Both front seats are heated. The rear seat is also very nice. This 645Ci has a full slate of comfort and convenience features: Power windows, locks, and mirrors; remote entry; Logic 7 AM/FM/CD stereo; Power tilt and telescopic wheel; heated steering wheel; Cruise control; auto dual-zone air conditioning; Rear defroster, and much more. Safety features include dual air bags, front side air bags, a rollover protection system, ABS and stability control. The "Steptronic" transmission is an automatic transmission that you can shift manually if you choose. This car has the factory Premium audio system option, BUT the CD changer has been replaced by an iPod connector. There is still an in-dash CD player. Most audio system, climate control ,and navigation functions are activated by the i-drive controller on the center console. Some audio and climate controls functions have dedicated controls. The large display screen provides info for nearly every vehicle system, including the GPS Navigation. The display can be split, allowing the status of several functions to be shown at one time. The screen will even display visual feedback from the park assist sensors. There is no smoke odor, there are no burn marks, and it looks like the lighter has never been used. The books and both remote keys are with the car... ...and so is the original window sticker, showing a price of almost $83,000 when new. The trunk is clean and has useable storage space, even with the top down. This 4.4 liter V8 puts out plenty of very smooth power. Its rated at 325 hp and 330 lb-ft of torque. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, then the parties agree that only the 17th Judicial Circuit Court for Broward County, Florida can resolve the dispute.
