2005 Ford Thunderbird. Here's your chance to own a piece of American History. This 50th Anniversary Edition is modeled after the original 1955 Thunderbird. It is quite a collector's piece to add to or begin your automobile collection. But, it's also a great car to be seen in driving everyday on PCH, the 405, or Route 66. That's probably why it was awarded Motor Trend Car of The Year. This steel blue beauty is in pristine condition with only 17,000 miles and a new battery (September 2011). It was always garaged and is being sold by the original owner. Under the hood is a 3.9L DOHC V8 Engine that produces 280 hp. The transmission is a 5-Speed Automatic Transmission. The hard top has the T-Bird's signature port holes, plus I have the factory cover and storage rack when you want to go topless. The storage rack folds to fit in the trunk (see pics). The color of the soft top is also medium steel blue. Heated power seats for the driver and passenger. Wheels are 17" 16-spoke micro-machined aluminum which was an option on the premium model. Tires are Michelin Pilot HX MXM4 P235/50 R17 95V M+S. Ford dealer performed oil and filter changes at 4784 miles (January 2007), 9012 miles (July 2008), and 15000 miles (July 2011). All services provided by Huntington Beach Ford, and I have all the service records and receipts.
