Property Removal Property Removal: • Removal of Property is required by Feb 29th, 2012. • Purchasers shall be permitted to remove property at any prearranged hour. • If the winning bidder is using a 3rd party Transporter to remove the vehicle, the removal time may be extended with written approval from us. The removal extension request must be approved prior to the 3 day removal requirement timeline. If the property is left beyond the approved extension date for any reason the property will be considered abandoned and ownership will default to us per our Terms and Conditions. • Should the Purchaser elect to have another person or entity pick up the property, a letter of authorization must be furnished to our satisfaction before any item is released.
