This 1971 BOSS 351 Mustang was ordered on 6-26-1970, but serialized on 11-25-1970, and actually built on 12-15-1970 with the following options: 4-Speed wide ratio Transmission, 3.91 Traction-Lok Differential, F60x15 Wide Oval Raised White Letter Tires, Fold Down Rear Seat, AM/8-Track radio (radio was replaced with am/fm cassette in factory housing), Console (clock in console still works), tinted glass. With only 61,000 miles, this is a very high quality car and unbelievably tight. This car is still very original with all the hard to find parts and original sheet metal (all spot welds are clean and crisp, no signs of damage or rust ever). The car was painted years ago (the paint is still very presentable and slick. will show well). The car is highly detailed inside, out, and underneath, and has been meticulously maintained. The original space-saver spare tire is still mounted in the trunk. This car drives extremely well and is very quick as you would expect from one of the fastest production mustangs. (the original style Firestone Wide Oval Belted tires do hinder the ride slightly but are correct for the concourse show field). These cars are rare and getting harder to find (especially of this quality). You will not be disappointed! I can not stress enough the quality of this car.
