MECHANIC'S SPECIAL - ELECTRICAL MODULE NEEDS SERVICE Here is a great example of a well kept Saab Sedan with some very low mileage. Only one catch to this wonderful deal. There is a computer module that controls the windshield wipers, turn signals, and trunk release. This computer module is not working and will need to be replaced or repaired. The car runs and drives wonderfully, but isn't fit for road use until this computer is fixed as you don't have turn signals and of course would have a very difficult time driving in the rain. This module controls the trunk release as well (at least I believe it does) so the only way to get inside the trunk is to use the seat passthrough and pull the emergency release in order to open it. It won't open from the outside or using the release switch on the drivers door. The car has two other issues I noted. The driver's front window will also need a new regulator as you can slide the window with your hand currently and the a/c blower does not work. It will need to be replaced. The a/c compressor works fine and makes cold air but the fan doesn't switch on when you turn it on. If you get going on the highway you can feel the cold or hot air depending on how you set the system blowing in but the blower will need to be replaced in order for the air to blow in strong. The Saab stereo still works! It even comes with the in-dash CD player! Included is a keyless entry alarm transmitter key to complete the package! The buttons on the key are worn but can be replaced if you so desire. If the looks of this wonderful car didn't already impress you, then getting behind the wheel will take your breath away! This car really does handle the speed just like you'd expect any Saab to handle it! The car's suspension is still very tight. It glides over bumps effortlessly and holds well in the turns! Keeping you on the road is a very good set of tires. You won't have to worry about tires for quite some time with this car! The engine, while very comfortable and smooth does have all the power that you need. Acceleration is very smooth thanks to all the torque that the engine provides. You really feel in control of the car when its accelerating! The car's 2.0 liter 4 Cylinder Turbocharged engine is very fast and has more than enough power to handle anything that would ever face it!
