The title is rebuilt (NOT SALVAGE) meaning that you can transfer the title,register and insure the car just as any car with a clean title. I have it curently registered, titled and insured in illinois. Title is rebuilt due to a theft (NOT ANY ACCIDENT).It was in 2005 with first owner.Insurance company paid out the whole value of the car and the vehicle was titled to the insurance comapany.This is why the title is rebuilt. The car is not missing anything and does not have any issues.
