Don't let the mileage fool you! Car runs and drives 100%. Strong motor, tranny and clutch. No leaks, noises, smoking, misfire or slippage. Goes to the highest bidder - No Reserve! No Buy It Now! No Trades! Please Don't Ask! Driver power window does not work. Rear brakes pads pass inspection but will need replacing in the very near future. I was told that one of the tires will probably not pass inspection. The "Check Engine" light is on. Although the vehicle runs fine, a system scan shows the catalytic converter is not performing at peak efficiency. As you can see, the body and interior are in very good to excellent condition. You can drive it home, but due to the mileage, it is being sold in "As Is" condition. Because this vehicle will not pass NY State inspection... New York residents are unable to bid or buy unless they are a registered car dealer, registering/re-titling the vehicle out of state or are using it for “Parts Only”. When a car is sold as “Parts Only’ or “Salvage” it must pass a NY State “Salvage Inspection”. This is done to keep rebuilt wrecks that are unsafe off the road – especially vehicles with frame damage or airbag deployment. My cars are rarely rebuildable wrecks and therefore will pass this strict inspection process when the problem that is advertised is corrected. There are about 10 to 15 NY State salvage inspection sites in NY State – 2 or 3 are on Long Island and there are a couple in NY City. Call me for further clarification. As a registered NY State dealer I am unable to sell a car that won’t pass inspection to a NY State resident. Anyone else can bid and buy.
