1997 F350 Crew Cab 4x4 We run a shop that specializes in the diagnosis and repair of Ford Power Strokes. We buy a few trucks each year that are good candidates for reselling. This truck is NOT a diesel, but is an excellent example of the classic OBS 4x4 Crew Cab. This truck has been my daily driver for the last 2 months. I like to drive a truck for a while to get to know it and work out the bugs before we decide to put it up for sale. The 351 engine runs very well. It starts easily. I've been averaging 12 mpg in mixed driving. The transmission shifts smoothly. The 4x4 and manual hubs work as they should. The bed was replaced and painted recently, it is rust-free. The body is straight overall, with a few minor dings. The following has been done in the last 3 months:The front seat has been replaced.The windshield has been replaced.The fuel pump in the rear tank has been replaced.The dash pad was replaced with a new Ford one.The rear passenger spring shackle was replaced.Various interior parts were replaced: ash tray, headlight knob, vents, etc.Reproduction Ford hubcaps were added.Features:Cab lights and the large Ford mirrors.A/C is coldAll power windows workThe interior is in very good conditionBed linerBrake controller with 7 pin connectorMinor Issues:One door lock not working on a rear door.Exhaust ends just beyond the cab.Tires will need to be replaced soon.This truck turns heads wherever I take it.
