I can't remember anymore to even tell you about. As you hopefully read. The car was completely restored in 2009. Previous owner was preparing the car for the track. It had a 6 point roll cage in it. One of the first things I did was to remove the cage. The pads remain. But they are under the carpet and you would never know they were there if I didn't tell you. The underneath: The front floor pans and the trunk pan was replaced. Everything underneath was undercoated with a modern undercoat for durability. The top sides of the floors and the trunk were POR15'd. Body: New quarter panels, new doors, new fenders, hood, trunk, header panel and valence. I opted to replace instead of repair any of the panels that my body guy found issue with. Current Condition: The car needs nothing. There are no issues that the next owner will need to address - unless they choose to change something. Everything works, everything is connected, nothing is missing....I have seen a lot of cars for sale that in various stages of completeness. We have been driving this car to shows and such for the last three years. All of the bugs and kinks have been worked out. That said, the transmission dipstick tube leaves a couple drops when it has been sitting. I know this because I installed it and did not use any sealant as I have since been told I should have done. I checked the fluid level the other day, and literally less than 1/2 quart low and it's been a good year since I checked it last, so it's not a big problem. On the front header panel there are three tiny chips from one rock that hit me. They are all together and fit under a dime. Again, very hard to find if I didn't tell you. Paint and body are still pretty much flawless. The car is super straight. Everyone at the car shows always rave over the paint. You can see yourself eight feet deep in the paint! Winning bidder will have to pickup this car in the Houston Area or you can make arrangements and I will deliver for shipping in the Houston Area. Prefer cash sale in person, other and distant options will have to be discussed and agreed to. Car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the auction early if the car sales here first. Please read all of the information above, feel free to email if you have any other questions.
