I am Master Certified Mercedes Benz Technician and bought this car with the intention of having it repaired. Unfortunately the damage to the frame was too extensive. This was a fully running and driving vehicle after the accident. I paid all the money for this vehicle and had to part with the drivetrain. Now it is time to try and recoup the difference. This car was always pampered and is in fantastic original condition. It has been stored indoors for all of its winters and is for the most part rust free. Missing only are the engine ,transmission, and exhaust. Also the Fuel Pump Package is gone. The suspension and brakes are in superb shape. Also the interior is excellent and complete, with only the drivers seat bolster showing wear. Everything worked and the doors and windows open and close fine. Hardtop is included. This is a great opportunity for someone to acquire a fine example of a legendary vehicle. The money to be made if this vehicle was parted out would be extraordinary. I simply don't have the time or the space to hold on to it anymore. It would be a shame to junk this car. Title in hand. I would be willing to tow this vehicle within 20 miles from it's location. Beyond that, the buyer would be responsible for transport and removal.
