Images Below You are viewing a 1958 Volkswagen transporter. I'm not sure what body style it was originally, it was cut up to be an off road cruiser in Altadena, CA. This bus could be a great contribution to a bus restoration project that needs a good undamaged original front clip. There is a little rust in the pan, as shown in the images, otherwise very good and rust free. It is loaded with original parts. The original 40hp engine still sits in the bus, and has all original parts, including big cap distributor, and correct "VW" embossed bus muffler. The motor is frozen. It has 2 correct bus rims. There are no reproduction items on this bus at all. The numbers are missing but there is a title that goes with it.
