1970 Mach 1 Fastback. 351 Cleveland - C6 Automatic - 9" Rear End - Front Disc Brakes. Just rescued out of a long dry storage. The car will need to be completely restored but is a perfect candidate for it as most parts are in place. We inspected the motor and it looks to have suffered a broken timing chain which in turn damaged some push rods and bent a few valves so at very least the top end will need rebuilding. It has aftermarket M/T valve covers and a Edelbrock 4V intake now. The 4 barrell Carb and Lower pulley is missing everything else seems intact. The undercarriage and floorpans are in really nice condition and looks to be completely accident and rust free. There is some minor rust on the exterior body mostly under the Mach 1 rocker panels trim. We removed these to inspect and photograph the rust, these rocker moulding pieces ARE included with this auction. Quarter panels have had primer blown all over them and so without sanding it off there is no way of knowing there condition, just figure on replacing quarters and you wont be dissappointed. The car came with a restorable set of original 14" Magnum Chrome Wheels and thats whats included with this auction and the car will roll out on those. I have CLEAR California Pink Slip/Title - in my name in hand. The car is currently registered for 2012 in California with no back fee's or hassle - guaranteed.
